I never did hear what happened when Rachel had to take over for Carolyn. I hope Carolyn is ok..anyone hear...thanks

I thought all was well but didn't see the whole hour.

I happened to be watching when Carolyn asked for some water, then asked for a chair. They went to a brief break and Rachel stepped in to finish the show. Carolyn insisted she was fine and not to worry.

She said that she needed to sit and sip some water and then she said something about having 2 surgeries and that if she over does she sometimes gets light headed. She said not to worry; altho she also said that her heart races a bit when she is tired. But nothing serious. What 2 surgeries? I know she had a double mastectomy last year but was there another one recently?

Perhaps her second surgery was for breast reconstruction?  Just a guess.

I sure hope she is OK.

I was watching when this happened.  She said that her heart races sometimes. ....... Does not sound good, as that is not normal.  Let's hope this is not too serious & that we are kept informed.

Shawn mentioned feeling a bit warm and not normal.  Could be that a bug is going around.  Amy didn't host Inspired Style and LOGO; wasn't feeling well, Sharon said.  Wishing them all feeling much better, very soon.  .......Edited:  Amy hosted a show today and looked energetic, as usual.  So, she's feeling fine now.

I love Carolyn.......one of my favorite hosts on the Q or any shopping channel.  She's been through a lot and still always has a smile.  I hope she's just weak from the flu and will feel better soon!
