I don't shop Hallmark any more, though I used to. Not that I'm a goody goody, I've been trying not to use wrapping that just gets tossed out, so try to put my gifts into some kind of re-usable container. One gift wrap that seems to go over well is the canvas bag the grocery store sells. Cards are another issue & I don't mind spending a little more to find one I really like at a nearby independent retailer. Unfortunately, the owners are retiring, so I'll have to find someplace else to get my cards.

We got several of their collectible ornaments last Christmas- hoping to do the same this season.

I only know of one Hallmark store, and I go there about once a year. If that.

It used to be an amazing store that was crammed full of cute gift and home items, and now it's the worst of the tacky stuff and cheap Chinese-made jewelry. My local gift store is closing up so the owner can retire, and that's the second in just the last nine months. With the cruddy merchandise at Hallmark, there's literally no "gift" shops around anymore.
