I thought it was entertaining, but definitely not a halftime show I will talk about in years to come! Like Prince, or Bruno Mars.....

All of Bruno Mars' superbowl performances are my favorites!
Love Superbowl 50 with Bruno, Beyonce and Chris Martin from Coldplay, it includes a dance-off between Bruno & Beyonce:

It was ok, nothing special for me. Prince still had the best one in my eyes. Then U2 and Springsteen, because I'm a big fan. Also enjoyed Lady Gaga's (and her national anthem).

If the sound was better, I might of appreciated the songs and his voice more. I was struggling to hear it well, as it echoed and was the background music was too loud.

I thought the halftime show was awful. There is so much talent out there .They could have done much better.

To me The Weekend's halftime show was okay. Allowances had to be made due to Covid......
It was better than watching women shake their butts and boobs that Ive seen in the past.....
I enjoyed Katy Perry's halftime show where she rode in on a giant tiger
And who could forget the left shark---

Watched about 2 minutes of the performance and changed the channel.
I read that the things on their faces they were bandages to support some cause.
I heard many ppl hated the dizzy selfie cam. That is one reason I changed the channel!

This explains The Weeknds' 'bandages' by Billboard:
The R&B superstar has pulled off a yearlong facial transformation to go along with his Billboard 200 No. 1 album After Hours in his music videos: His cut-up face spewed blood everywhere in the music video for his Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "Blinding Lights," then the bandaged star got decapitated in the "In Your Eyes" video, and later, his head got reattached onto another man's body in the even gorier "Too Late" clip. He saved the final reveal of his faux facial enhancements gone wrong for the "Save Your Tears" music video.
He went all out for live performances and awards shows too. In March 2020, The Weeknd sported his all-too-memorable red suit jacket, black leather gloves and bloodied face with a nose bandage while performing on Saturday Night Live ahead of After Hours' release. He later performed "Blinding Lights" and accepted two awards at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards in August while wearing the same look.
Then, at the 2020 American Music Awards in November, he accepted two awards and performed a medley of "In Your Eyes" and "Save Your Tears" with Kenny G with his face covered in bandages
