Re: ••Hack Attack on Car Controls Is a Credible Threat••

Our car is at the shop right now so they can fix the UConnect feature.

Our shop had to check as they didn't "know" what we were talking about.

Not sure how confidant I am that they'll really fix it.

Last time we took our car in for tire all the tire warnings go ing off  the shop said we needed to leave it so the could fix a computer issue not related to the tires and it would take  a few hours to fix...no recall or warning issued.

We just got a new SRX with the computer screen and I am always going to worry when I drive it.

I do like the backup camera....

What just as, if not more, scary is that someone could take control of the programmed infusion pumps dispensing medication in hospitals.  They could, for instance, give someone too much or not enough of a chemotherapy drug.  Any device that operates on an Internet program could theoretically be hacked.

Y'all, I'm just going across the road to my Amish neighbors and buy a horse and buggy.

Let them hack that!
