How can they keep saying "customer top pick" or "top rated" when there are no reviews? What are they basing that on?

Puts me in mind of the e-mails I get sometimes from QVC....."You asked! We restocked!" I've never, ever asked that they restock anything!

HSN screens their reviews as I tried to review a product, and had to wait for them to approve it first and because of that, my review was never posted. All the reviews I have trouble believing them now at HSN.

@Krimpette Nor I - but many shoppers do. We see requests here on the Forums frequently and hear them during many phone calls.
