I got an alert last night on my favorites list,  a 36 set of Joy's kid's hangers on sale for $12.00 off and free S&H. 

Got them for granddaughter who needed more.

Thanks @Shelbelle. I've noticed HSN is doing the free shipping more frequently lately. I think they did it just a few weeks ago, if I'm not mistaken. It's wonderful!

While their webpage states free shipping on 'everything' -- half the items on my favorites list still have shipping!! I think there are underlying exclusions that they're not being upfront about.

I thought perhaps sale and clearance items were excluded- but I ahve full price items on my favorites list  that still note shipping charges.

I stand corrected! I jsut tested an item that noted shipping- I placed it in my shopping cart and the shipping was credited.

Yes, I noticed that too, I want to buy 2 mattress pads, they have high shipping, but it is credited when ordering.

Yes, HSN has a more sophisticated computer system than most other shopping channels.  Also, even their regular shipping charges are better than most.  Jewelry and clothing are usually $3.00 each item, then if you order more than one item, you get half off of the $3.00 on the subsequent items!
