HSN should state somewhere when returns are not pre-paid, I always check reviews first. the HSN Keranique reviewers state their products are return on your own. Sometimes w no reviews, you just get caught and hope CS can help. 

 

In the past  HSN has snail mailed return label.   This happened with a tracfone purchase and HSN waived the fee. Another time it was a jewelry item,  it was a return to vendor.

Quarte, or whatever they're calling themselves this month, really should have known. They can't even manage QVC effectively, much less bringing HSN into the West Chester fold and thinking they can manage both of them.

So I returned the Keranique TS on August 15, someone at HSN received it on August 18. Online it isn't showing up as returned nor have I been refunded my money to my credit card. I called HSN CS last night, I was told they did receive my return and she would have the funds released. I asked how long until it shows up on my credit card statement (Capital One), she said immediately. It hasn't shown up yet, I hope I don't have trouble trying to get my money back, I'm done with HSN.

I called HSN again yesterday since my return wasn't showing nor was my money refunded to my credit card. The CS rep said it was returning to a third party and they weren't notified of the return, which doesn't make sense since I tracked the package and HSN was in possession of the package on the 18th. I gave her the tracking number sure enough she saw it was returned. She then asked me if I wanted my refund to my credit card or spendable cash. No way do I want spendable cash!

my irritation with HSN, is on the jewelry shows, they never state if it's 14k gold, sterling silver,etc. It just seems to be a mystery metal. I trust nothing that comes out of the Belleza jewelry guys mouth.
