Have returned a few things to hsn and I have never paid the postage.

Unless they sent the wrong item or it is defective, the return fees are deducted from your refund.

Why would HSN not charge you?

Because the items were defective. And yes, I watch my cards/cash and assets very closely. It would take more than a shopping network to beat me out of a penny. If they send me something defective? Why would they charge me?

Of course they pay for the return of defective merchandise. In your post you did not indicate everything you returned was defective, which is why I questioned you.

In all my years shopping with HSN, I maybe received 1 defective item.

I buy a lot of things that are electronic that are not what I consider a major outlay of cash or credit from hsn. The propensity for having a defect in these types of items may be higher than those others purchase from them.

Didn't figure I should have left a reason for the return and I certainly am not trying to make an issue with you about this. Now that we have that straight! Can we forget about it?
