So, did all the people who were HSN CS reps and phone order takers, lose their jobs, is this now in PA ? I wonder if they had the option of moving to PA . Maybe some can work remotely from their homes in FL.

@Shelbelle   That makes sense.  It was always my assumption that the CS people for the home shopping channels work remote from home.

Makes sense they can work from home. Hope that's the case.  Everyone needs more CS

Virtually all HSN/QVC customer service reps now work from home.  Big call centers were closed and sold during the pandemic.

There was a Florida newspaper article that said HSN customer service would still be based out of Florida.

@THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes   ahhh hah!   Explains it all now.  I thought maybe some did work from home, but didn't know they all did. As I stated in another post, on two occasions during a rare call to CS, I heard dog barking and scratching at a door. lol. Another time I could hear a toddler in background. A little agitated, lol!  This rep was distracted as well. I thought, poor woman, trying to work and the kid probably got loose from the sitter. lol.
