When asked what she lost when the accident occurred she answered, " well I lost a 1/2 day of skiing." How elite can you get?

She's a TYPICAL, FULL-OF-HERSELF elitist, narcisist, like MOST actors/actresses. Can't stand her. MEDIOCRE actress.

I think she was trying to be honest in her response.  She was not injured but did lose time out of her day because of the accident.

I watched this particular testimony, she didn't come across snobbish. It was matter of fact. GP can come across as full of herself. Some of her lifestyle/cooking videos on YT are unwatchable but not in this case. She could have dressed down a little for the trial but I guess that was her way of dressing down. Sober, neutral colors & au naturel makeup.

Apparently many care and in this case, most importantly, the unanimous jury cared.

I'd follow suit and ask WHO CARES about you but frankly it's an ignorant question so I'll leave that to you.

Re: Gwyneth Paltrow won her case

For those who are interested in the thoughts of the jury members several have now given interviews.

There are probably many places to hear the interviews but a few of my favorites are Emily D. Baker, Peter Tragos (Lawyer You Know), Rob Moreton (Law & Lumber) and Runkle of the Bailey (Ian Runkle). Those are all commentary channels so if you just want the interview it might be best to just Google "Gwyneth Paltrow jurors speak out."
