You've got a low miles car so I'd pay the extra $150.

For me, it would depend on how long I planned to keep the car (and whether I needed Collision to be able to get Comprehensive, as @Marp said, and whether I had UMPD, as @mstyrion 2 said). If you’re planning to keep it 5 years, you’d save $1,500 by not keeping the coverage. That’s unlikely to cover even a single event where body shop work is required. But at 10 years, it could make sense.
