I am giving a shout-out to the QVC Social Team.  When i contacted them on two recent occasions they solved my problems in less than an hour.  I had two returns that were   lost for 20 days in transit and they found them and processed them for me.  Thank you Social Team.  Customer Service could get a few tips from this team to solve problems.

They totally deserve all the kudos they can get. Can't be easy always having to apologize for your employer and square away the issues people have. They are always patient, understanding and ready and eager to help. YAY to the Social Team.
