A woman in her 70's was rescued after she was injured while hiking on Piestewa Peak near Phoenix, Az.

She suffered no ill effects, aside from a bit of dizziness and nausea.

You'll be happy to know that according to the article that I read, no firefighters were injured during the rescue.

I've seen that on TV about six times and each time it made me dizzy just to watch it.

I would be interested in knowing why her being a grandma has such a prominent role in the story. Usually if a woman is a mother they use the title woman not mother has a wild ride.

I guess that’s how our Arizona newscasters like to refer to people over a certain age. IDK. It’s been on our local channels for 2 days already and some call her a woman and others call her a grandmother.

At 70 yrs old I could only imagine how that woman felt.
