You are so right but you have to remember not everything is the same. You are paying for the quality and the service. We all have cheaper prices but some time they are cheap and don't taste good either. Peaches in my area are almost $2.00 a pound small and not very good. Produce will be high because of help being available.

When we go to New Jersey we shop there because the prices are significantly lower.

I do buy a few different items from QVC and keep them in the freezer for when I do not feel like cooking.

One of the items are Corkys chicken tenders. Easy quick meal for those lazy summer nights.

I tried those potstickers once, and was not happy with them. I can get them at a local place. In this instance, the item is priced better around these parts, and are authentic.

I enjoy gourmet holiday, even if it's not one. LOL

@KBEANS   Have you tried the new Corky's very lightly BBQ spiced lightly breaded chicken breasts?

Love those, cook really well in the air fryer with a nice crisp.  We had gotten Corky's tenders before, the BBQ bacon and loved them too.  What flavor do you have?

I tried the BBQ breaded chicken breasts tonight and had to shout you out @rockygems123 !

You are correct. They were really good and did cook up quickly in the airfryer. I purchased the Bourbon flavor and I will try the BBQ next time.

My husband liked them too. Just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation, from one Corky's fan to another.

Almost everything is more expensive on Amazon. The free shipping is just rolled into the price. I consider the food items on QVC to be luxury items for my budget. I could afford to buy them, but had such bad luck with crab cakes I ordered a couple of years ago, decided no more for me. I agree that everything Q offers is overpriced, some more than others. I was in disbelief when saw how much they wanted for basically rice Krispy treats!

@KBEANS  You're welcome and so glad you both like them!  We have the Bourbon too and on Auto-Delivery.

Trader Joe's has frozen Handsome Fries odd name but they have some skin on them, they are delicious in the air fryer basket under a Corky's breast.

Made a fresh local store jalapeno cheese angus burger on top of those fries in the air fryer for my son yesterday.  Took all the willpower I had not to eat the fries lol.

The peaches are really expensive and I wouldn't buy anything that comes out of Georgia.

@KBEANS No!!!  We are sisters from another mister Smiley Happy  Love their frozen mashed which previously was the medallions, sweet potatoes fries & pot stickers?  a staple in this household!

Haven't tried the waffle fries, will definitely do that!

Have never tried the salsa cowboy caviar, so curious now!

Oh @rockygems123  my new best friend...That cavier  is off the chain.

I miss the medallion form. We used  to call them coins. 😝

Have you tried their pasta sauces? Red roasted pepper and four cheese or something like that. They are really good.

I love the time I spend shopping in that joint.

Keep me posted if you try anything new...that you deem awesome! 😜

@KBEANS   Well then that caviar salsa is going on the shopping list! I just bought the red roasted pepper not sure if pasta sauce in a can or jar last week, was helping a shorter - not that I'm tall - person reach a shelf for it so I bought one lol.

You bet new best friend let's keep each other posted on our latest finds!

When we moved here to Denver from SF 25 yrs ago it was so sad that there were zero Trader Joe's.  Now we have many yay!
