Re: Good Wife Episode tonight-Spoiler Alert-Do NOT read if you don't want to know.

I could watch if the two firms merged. Will was the "problem" for Alicia, not the law firm itself. After the new firm was formed, taking the 4th years with them, Will was all about revenge and I don't think he would have moved past that stage completely. His ethics were always on the shady side, he got what he wanted no matter the cost. He just didn't want to know the details.

Diane and Alicia would be a powerhouse team but with Diane not being nominated for the State Court, I'm sure she's holding some resentment towards Peter which would spill over to Alicia.

Michael J Fox's character is good; he's the kind of lawyer who uses any legal means necessary even if he does appear to be underhanded. Now that his own show has been cancelled he just may be seen more often.

I never watched the show but read on HuffPost this morning that the actor wanted out, did not renew his contract, and his demise was written into the script in such a way that he won't be back.

Last night's episode left me in shock. It was totally unexpected.

I can't stand Fox's character, so I hope he's not there for long. His character is obnoxious to the point of overkill.

Now that was a surprise.

Remember to see Josh tonight on Letterman!!

Reminds me of 1991 when 30 Something suddenly killed off the Gary character, total shocker then too.

All I can say is...I'm totally shocked. And really sad.

Please please don't make Michael J. Fox a regular on the show. That will be the only reason I'll be forced to stop watching. His character is too annoying for words.

I'm a little bit surprised that Josh Charles wanted to leave. After all, it's not like he was a major star. I hope he doesn't wind up like David Caruso, who left NYPD Blue to pursue other interests. We all know where that got him.

I'll watch the episode again tomorrow on demand, and see what I missed, as it all happened so fast. I hope I'll remember to watch David Letterman tomorrow night.

Josh is a Baltimore boy, I will miss seeing him so. we all love and support him here.

I'm so glad I didn't think "ah, what the heck" and read this before I watched. At first I thought it would never happen, but as Kalinda walked closer and closer in the courtroom with the music they were playing in the background, I knew it was going to really be him.

Glad to see in last 2 weeks Will and Alicia were trying to be friends and respect each other, she can live with that. Looks like she and Peter are in for a rocky road.

OMG I just watched it!! Will was one of my favorite characters. I will miss him and the show will be lesser without him but I will continue to watch, of course!!

I can't stand Michael J. Fox and I certainly hope he is NOT the "new Will." {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

On the USA Today Life Section there is a very well written letter from the main writers of the series explaining why they did what they did. Well worth reading.
