My pup doesn't mind the vet.  It's the groomer he doesn't like.  I've tried others, and he's still nervous.

@Another new name Sue   My Scottie used to actually stomp up to the house and not talk to me all day after going to the grommer.

@Spurt   The cat at the computer is adorable.  Now he does not look like he would get so upset at the vet.

@Katcat1

This cat showed up at my sister's door, it was shortly after her long time kitty had passed and she didnt plan on getting another cat---but this one showed up he was skinny, had scars from cat fights, flea bitten, and was thirsty and very hungry....She took him to the vet, he wasnt chipped and apparently just had been abandoned ......She had the vet give him the works, flea bath, he was neutered, treated for an ear infection.....after 3 weeks with my sister's care the transformation was remarkable....the vet staff applauded them both, when she brought him back for a follow up on the ear infection.....He became one of their favorite patients..;..but then he had to have an ****** procedure and he totally changed and as my sister put it, "he is transformed into a little demon now" whenever he sees the vet's office, even his favorite technician isnt his friend anymore.....he's holding a grudge....

But away from the vet's office he is a sweet boy, and has even transformed one of my sister's friends that had always been afraid of cats into liking him and the feeling is mutual.......He doesnt like to go the vets anymore...

Animals are reliable, full of love, true in their affections, grateful. Difficult standards for people to live up to.”
