Has anyone had a problem with the GloPro roller? A week ago today I used it and it left track marks and small bumps on my forehead. It has been a week and I can still see them. Has this happened to anyone else?

Never left a mark on my face.  Been using it for months.  Maybe you're pressing too hard.  Or possibly you have very sensitive skin.

I have occasionally had tiny pinpricks, especially around my nose where the skin is thin. Are you using fresh needle heads?

Track marks are a sign that the needles on the roller are bent. If you have ever dropped it on the floor or counter top, then that could cause the damage and you should not use it. Replace it any time you drop a roller. Bent needles are difficult to see with the naked eye.

When you use it correctly, make sure not drag it across your skin...roll it, don't pull it.

@AD from Arizona  What I've found is that if your rolling motions are jerky that can happen.
