I had some that were way over 2 months old so I finally emailed the customer team here and they quickly helped.

using qvc easy returns method......about a week.
just mailing them back using a return label......about four weeks.

if a reasonable amount of time has passed, and yours certainly has, I call CS. The rep goes over the details with me and it's processed within a day or two.

@gellen this how I do it.i always use the q label.when I can see on my end that the usps has possession of item,I call customer service and tell them that item is on the way back,they will ck and see it is on the way and then gives me credit back on my account.they are excellent when it comes to this.hsn on the other hand,is just the opposite
