How come we're allowed to shop in big box stores; go to the bank, etc.???? I heard on the news that u could shop for alcohol and lottery tickets (the state loves to make money).

I also stopped at the credit union - at the tellers window.

In big box stores, patrons can and should practice distancing and wear masks.  In our state most banking is done at drive through windows and only a handful of liquor stores are open for pick up or on line ordering only.

In order to work as a hairdresser, a manicurist or a make up artist, you must be licensed in your state.  In addition, your work place must meet certain standards and must be inspected and licensed as well.

It is illegal to work out if your home, unless you have a licensed shop in it.  You can lose your licensed and pay a huge fine.  If someone gets hurt by any means in your home while you are working illegally, it could be really bad for you and your customer. You can't get insurance to pay.

This hairdresser is asking for trouble.

I am getting my hair cut and colored on May 1st. The salon I am going to has strict regulations regarding entering the salon. It is very important to me that they really care about their clientele.

They have both been cleared by the CDC and took a walk around their neighborhood.

My nail tech called me today to let me know "she did housecalls" if I wanted to schedule a appointment.

ahhhh nope!!!  She sounded like she was surprised because she's been doing it through the shutdown.

Apparently, she has been informed the salons and nail places will not open for another few weeks.

Interesting...
