[Love my grandkids]

I'm 70 and loved the chocolate ones! I even remember the jingle:

Cracker Barrel sells them... maybe they are the ones made during the war that were sent to soldiers. I think Vermont Country Store has them and you could find them several places when you googled nostalgia candy, etc.

The factory actually closed in July and there are plans to see if it's possible to still keep it going.

I liked the chocolate ones too!  The rest I didn't care for much.

@esmeraldagooch  These are one of my favorites.  Haven't found the just chocolate in a long time.  If I remember correctly they changed their recipe for the candies to use "Natural flavors and colors" a few years ago, they were not the same after that.

Good riddance--only used them when decorating gingerbread houses/themed cakes and sweets--never ate them--gross!!!

Vermont Country Store carried them but sold out after the news hit. They have old fashioned candy brands.
