@On It , gorgeous!  Horses are some of my favorite animals.  The last time I travelled on the west coast of Newfoundland there were horses that roamed freely including on the highway.  A lovely sight.

I was also fortunate enough to visit Sable Island.  The horses there are worthy of the storytelling.

I grew up in a small Canadian town (5,000 people).  At the edge of town there were many farms.  One of them kept sulky horses.  We used to ride them bareback in the pastures.  We were lucky enough to have a friendly farmer whom we all loved.

This is a small village in a vast wilderness of national forest land. There is a large mountain behind my house. They go up there at night. They come down the mountain in the afternoon to run, romp, and play on the open land that belongs to the village. The soccer field is their favorite spot.

They will roam a large area for a while and then return. They were missing for four months not long ago, but reappeared much to our relief.

@On It   Absolutely lovely, horse poop and all!!!  A quick shovel  clean up, I wouldn't mind.

It's great to see animals in nature adapting but still remaining wild. ❤️
