I hope you're careful about ticks.  My DH got Lyme disease 8 years ago and still hasn't fully recovered.  It's aged him terribly and he's since become very obsessed about his health.  It's changed his life and not in a good way.

He would go into the local state park to take our dog for a walk and worked on a scout project there with our son.  The deer also come up into our yard and eat the flowers right up on the porch ...but only at night. 

I think he got Lyme disease either from our yard or the park.

Illegal to feed deer in NYS  and hunting is legal. 

That thins the 'crops' out ..........

@haddon9. Sorry about your husband. I understand that indeed it is hard to recover from that. Our yard is treated every 2 months for ticks, scorpions, fleas, etc, which we were doing even before the deer started frequenting.

Oh my goodness, what a crowd!  And they have to be very trusting of you for you to get that close.  What great pictures from the security camera!!!
