Interesting that theyve all be removed. I'm sure this one will be too. What does that tell us? hmm...

@Love my grandkids It tells me they're a bunch of cowards uncomfortable with their own decision. They're unwilling to face the music after they made a mistake.

Those threads have not disappeared at all. There are 4 still live in Community Chat, one in Customer Care, one in Q Talk and I stopped looking after I found those.
Just because a thread is not listed on the active threads page when you first enter the forum does not mean those threads are "removed". If someone posts to any of them they move back up to be more readily viewed on the entry page.
Alll of the posts commenting on the New Customers Only for free shipping policy are available to read and to post more about. Go look for them in the forum areas I've noted. Your theory is not valid. Hmmm...
Usually the Moderators allow threads with criticism of QVC policies or practices, but are much more restrictive of remarks aimed at individual hosts.

It's nothing more than an introductory offer that companies have been offering for years to build their customer base. I get offers to switch to X company with X discount for X months. They don't offer existing customer the same because they most likely got an introductory offer when they joined.
Credit Card companies were notorious for doing it.

@mspatmac First, as an introductory offer, its excessive. Three and a half months of free shipping? They might as well give away the keys to the warehouse.
Secondly, they're flaunting it, not to potential new customers, but to everybody watching TV.* Special offers are usually directed only to a select audience often by direct mail. They rub it in when a host stands up and announces it. It was already a sore subject.
Thirdly, QVC has always been very miserly with customers. Never any coupons or incentives as HSN has. They make a big deal out of offering 5 Easy Pays, a joke to most. Customers have been unhappy about that and lack of substantial sales.
It goes on and on after we've patiently put up with slow, inefficient shipping, missing merchandise that never appears, slow computers with constant snafus. It takes the patience of Job to shop at QVC and this incentive is the thanks we get?
* Now I notice they're softening the blow to old customers by saying, "Were really going to have something extra special for you too". What? 6 Easy Pays? I can hardly wait.

They're not all removed...don't posters check before they reply to make sure the OP information is correct? Good grief.
