Distribution of the mugs was probably handled in the most reasonable way  by QVC.  Random distribution off of the customer list seems to be the fairest method.

 

If they used other criteria:  length of time as a customer, total value of purchases, number of purchases, factor in returns......people would have a problem with whatever cutoff was used.  Plus, I doubt that they would go through all that trouble.

No @EatWell. Many people got a mug with the new logo and an announcement of the new branding and changes coming. People are mad that they didn't get one (which were sent out randomly) and others are saying that they got one and threw it out. Just the usual difference of viewpoints here.

I guess I will not get one.  I called customer service and they never heard about it, so they said.  Oh well.  In my case I collect crazy things and this would have been another one in my collection.  LOL
