No so-called "freebies" could entice me to get the vaccine, either, because I, like everyone else, can get it free from one source or another.
And I did get the vaccine.........both doses. Cost me nothing. The medical health park where I got it did not even ask to see my Medicare card or the backup private insurance card I have for things that Medicare won't cover.
If the vaccine is made available only to insured people or people who have cash to pay for it, all efforts to overcome this pandemic will be for nothing.

No freebies of any kind..would make me get the vaccine!

I doubt the government is involved with the freebies, but they are giving some businesses tax credits that offer their employees time off to get the vaccine.
