Just because you don't have issues now doesn't mean you won't start to. There is definitely something wrong.

This is terrible. I wasn't sure I'd even find the forums, but I kept scrolling. Come on QVC, if you want me to shop, give me a useable format.

Are people having a problem buying any products, or just the forum? If it's a forum problem I don't image someone in Customer Service would be in a position to do anything. Other than maybe providing information on to whom should you address your concerns.

 

Considering how these forums were on the verge of disappearing I suspect this aspect of their website is low priority.


I'm not having an issue on any current device. All my softwear has the most current update. 

I do see the wonky format on two old devices that can no longer support updates.

So strange - I'm on Windows 10 using Firefox on a desktop computer and everything looks perfectly normal.  I'll have to check my Ipad to see how things look there.  My sympathies to everyone affected - so frustrating.

 

ETA Just checked my IPad and everything is normal on the forums and the QVC site. I can see all of my orders ok, and I looked up a new item, and played the video for it. This is an older iPad Air 2, so I haven't updated the OS since 13.5.   I guess it's the later versions that QVC's software is not playing well with.

It would be nice to say something positive about QVC; unfortunately, between all the EZ pay issues and forum issues and in general their website, I can't think of one darn thing.  It's really upsetting to a large percentage of us.

I doubt Q will do anything to solve the problems. They wanted to get rid of the forums and changed their mind after the outcry. Having worked in IT for many years, that was the death knell for most system fixes.

It's only affecting some people and only for the forums.  If you change your browser, you should be fine.

@chrystaltree I'll bet it is old browsers and old versions that finally don't have what they need to work with newer software versions from the sites. Things get so old they aren't supported.

All my devices are new so it is not due to old devices that can't upload or are not compatible with newer software.

Everyone has tried all browsers and it is not that.

Not strange that on every other website a device works on every site other than QVC's forums.

I was glad all mine were working and felt bad for those who it wasn't until yesterday when my phone doesn't get it anymore. Those who think they are fine, may be saying the same as many of us-we were ok until it wasn't.
