This is the second day in a row that the Forum page is showing correctly on my iPhone and iPad Air.
When I click on the Forum page the QVC page comes up but it shows all of the sales categories in a vertical line down the middle of the page.
I contacted Customer Service yesterday and again today. I was passed to several people each time, but I didn’t get any results. One customer service rep didn’t know what the forums were so she had to look it up. She said they weren’t working for her either.

The same thing is happening on my android phone.  Very annoying!

It's the 3rd day for me & today my easy pay acct is messed up too...I'm really mad, WTH QVC.

There are already numerous posts about this in the Customer Care forum area.

@Mz iMac   yah there are posts all over the forums yet nothing is being done!    it's a fix that needs to be done in the code. For those viewing the problem site the entire site's headings are in straight old school HTML.  Each Entry listed in blue is a hyperlink to a heading that should appear at the top of page. Instead it shows as a long verticle centered list.  The coding is messed up.

selecting the Q icon takes me to the main QVC sales page - all Status Quo

i am having no issues with

windows 10  always updated and Chrome browser

i just tried to open community with EDGE browser........it is a problem

My window's 10 pc is messed up.  I have two android tablets.  The three year old is a mess but the one that's even older works.  I keep all updated.

@TheMemphisVette    So weird    I'm on Windows 10 with Edge (which I hate!) and have no QVC issues all week.
