I honestly think grilled cheese and soup.

This entire week I've not cooked very ""hearty"" meals. Sunday was the biggest with spaghetti but it's been downhill since.

I am making chicken souvlaki tonight with homemade greek dressing and homemade pitas.

I made shepherd's pie Tuesday, it was so good and hearty for this cold weather we are having. I put lots of carrots, green beans, celery, shallots, all fresh, and frozen peas. Covered with mashed potatoes with three cheeses added for more flavor, it was delicious. Always make mine with ground beef, hubby will not eat lamb, I use a soup bone with marrow to flavor.
