Re: For Hand Washing--You Need One of These!

I looked this up online. It takes 4 AAA batteries which is a lot, I wonder how often you need to replace them?  I buy Bath & Bodyworks foaming hand soap, can you use foaming soap in it?

@Jordan2

As for battery life, I don't remember when I last changed mine. I use the rechargeable ones. I'd say they last at least 3-4 months if not longer.

We use this one in our kitchen and also in our master bathroom.  It is by Kohler and I got them at The Container Store. I believe Amazon carries it also. I use foaming soap in it and you can use regular liquid soap also.

I love this soap dispenser.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

@Jordan2 - I just posted a picture of the one we have, by Kohler.  It takes 4 AAA batteries.  They last quite a long time and I use Bath and body Works Foaming soap in it.

I guess I'm in the minority.  I just use the liquid soap in the pump container that it came with.  That, and/or bar soap.

Make that a me too. It's also, never occurred to me, to soap down the soap container, nor, do I worry  about opening door handles, with elbows or other body parts.

If I'm going to be out and around, I have gloves I can wear. I also, have wipes, I can use to open door knobs, etc.

I am starting to worry, that we may cleanse and sterilize, our immune systems, right into inefficiency!

We tried these years ago and found that after a while they would randomly dispense soap for no reason.  Hopefully the technology has improved since then.
