My Oz Paz order on 2/27/15 still in process. Have called CS and e mailed and usual answer, Sorry, they don't know. Also generic email answer, but no answer. Why so long "In Process", yet if you want to cancel sometime in a couple of hours, two late.

THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF HIGHER PRICES AND LESS PEOPLE WORKING.

I'm just curious. The longer they take the less time my card gets charged., but it is not even pending on card. Oh well, maybe the universe is working with me not to let me buy, although I wanted to match the ring I have and love OzPaz

You shouldn't be charged anyway until your item ships. Sorry your order is still in process but honestly I don't see 5 days as too long.

So they need to hire more people and have more people working without raising prices. Please explain how that would work exactly? Would these be volunteer positions?

While it can be frustrating, we all need to remember that QVC sells nothing that is a necessity. When they start selling heart medication and it gets delayed, thenI will start to care.

Isn't is annoying. I order on line a lot and 99% of the time my orders for whatever are processed either immediately or within one day and usually shipped within one day after processing. I get emails when processed and when shipped and also if there is a delay. I don't understand why QVC has such issues when other businesses don't. I presume it is just they don't want to spend the dollars.

And granted most items I order are not an absolute necessity, I just don't understand if others can do it why can't they. I don't buy from QVC much at all anymore because I don't have a need for much of what they sell, but when I did having items in processing for 7 days seemed a little much.

I think it must depend on which C/S person you get. I called about a ring that was still in process from silver day, even though my other items have shipped. The very nice C/S lady said "that's not right…..let me send an e-mail". I just check and the item is now showing as shipped.

That's annoying. I can see a couple of days, but 5 is too long, IMO

The posted that made snippy remarks about hiring more people, better than no job at all and QVC gives better service.

Nothing is as important as medicine, but we don't rely on the Q for that. My HMO has a line going out the door now in the pharmacy because of all the new applicants and the nurse friend of mine is so stressed out because THEY THE NURSES CANNOT GIVE THE CARE THEY WANT TO THE PATIENTS, SO IT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE TODAY BECAUSE OF LACK OF EMPLOYEES. QVC PRICES ARE HIGH ENOUGH, SO THE SERVICE SHOULD BE AS GOOD AS AMAZON

I WAS SO HAPPY TO HAVE A JOB AS A SINGLE MOTHER OF 3 SMALL CHILDREN AND NOT GO ON AID, I WORKED FOR 1.75 AN HOUR IN THE DARK AGES.

I WISH THE SNARKY PEOPLE WOULD GET OFF THE FORUMS. NO MATTER WHAT YOU TALK ABOUT ANY SUBJECT, THEY ALWAYS COME BACK WITH CR***P, SEE YOU MADE ME ONE NOW.

If I can get the same or similar on Amazon, I always order from Amazon. With prime, I get fast within 2 days. Of courses, I'm sure you are aware of Amazons service so I'm not trying to guide you. Amazon has saved me in a pinch. I do love QVC, but sometimes I just have to decide if I have the time to wait for shipments from QVC.
