You should just contact Evine since they are the shipper. They will put in a claim and get refunded from UPS. If the value is $100 or less it's usually pretty automatic. Evine should just send you a new item.

Bumping thread because I got an email from Evine saying the item was returned and credited to my card. Still not sure how it got returned, unless someone did meet the driver at the door and refused the package, but at least I now know it's not lost somewhere or stolen. I've decided not to reorder the item.
