It's so good to hear about people getting vaccinated because now the fear and the distinct possibility is that we will not hit herd immunity.

I don't know why I waited this long, but I got my first dose of Pfizer this morning. Our local hospital set up a Vax clinic in an old KMart building that they purchased, and it was so efficient. Now I'm anxious to get my next dose. My market is in the same plaza, so 2 birds with one stone. I feel such relief to be almost home free. 🥰

I'm so glad for you! I get shot number 2 in a week. I can't wait to be done with it. Freedom! And being relaxed about it all. Soooooo nice. And it's free!

I had my 2nd Moderna on Friday, a bit of a sore arm on Saturday and a little fatigue but that was it.  I am so happy to have completed my vaccinations but will continue to wear a mask when in public and no large crowds.  DH has health issues so we will continue to use precautions but with less stress involved.  We are hoping to finally dine in a restaurant (we always go off-hours or maybe outdoors) and not looking at everyone else as a potential infection carrier.  I want to say "hello" and chat with those outside my immediate household and see family again.  I am very excited and thank all our healthcare professionals for making this possible.

@suzyQ3I read today that on both coasts there are plans to pay people as incentive to get the vaccine.  According to polls, when offered $100, respondents said okay.
