I do see that your Shark recently shipped. There are times where the tracking does not update for several days. Your estimated delivery date is not until Friday, so we would need to give it a few more days. I will certainly keep an eye on your shipment and will update you accordingly.

Thanks for being so dilligent about my order. I think Q needs to have a talk with Fedex. If they are doing this kind of stuff now, I shudder to think of how their tracking will be once the holiday season kicks off

Tracking updates do not update. I have an item that shows it is sitting in some facility the last four days.

Give me UPS anyday. I live in a very secure building. FedEx will not leave a package if i am not here to accept. As a result i end up playing delivery tag and eventually have to go to the FedEx depot. Often days go by because of this. UPS and USPS will leave my package for me, thank you.
I dread having anything delivered FedEx.

I ordered something from Toys R Us, that wasn't available in the stores. I ordered it last weekend. It was shipped Fedex Smartpost!!! They've already changed the delivery date twice!
It's in my state and they are now saying it won't arrive for another week. Because, of course, it now has to go into the hands of the USPS. It's not a Christmas gift, and I certainly hope it arrives before then.
