Favorite cheese?

I have very simple tastes when it comes to cheese ~

I love port wine cheese (preferably on Town House Original Crackers).

Cheese is a food I really don't like. I will eat something mild like brie, but anything sharp makes me gag

I like bleu cheese, Gorgonzola, goat cheese, sharp cheddar, fontina, Gouda, and Swiss.

Sharp cheddar, gruyere and blue cheese. It's funny because I didn't eat cheese till I went to college, ( I thought I didn't like it ). Anyway, I had my first cheeseburger, and never looked back. LOL

Havarti and Farmer Cheese, never heard of Havati till I was at Costco last weekend and received a sample.

Feta, cheddar, Brie, and Swiss. And once I had a cheese sampler box with a curried cheese and it was incredible. iGourmet used to carry it, but I don't see it on their site today.
