The "Haves" get very, very anxious and uncomfortable when the gap is being closed.

 

It lessens their distinction and distance.

 

The workers should be receiving more than $20.

No one is getting anxious and uncomfortable. Have nots getting more money does not take away from the haves. But it will raise prices for everyone. Frankly fast food work is not worth $20 per hour.
