A family member works at ConAgra, and she posted on fb, that they are wearing faceshields and masks and are pretty miserable.

Healthcare workers in my area wear face shields without masks when they're just out & about...I've volunteered in hospitals for 11 years so I know many of them. I don't know about other States but any face covering is acceptable in mine & if you can't wear one for a medical reason you're exempt. Like many others I struggle wearing a mask & feel for workers who must wear them for 8 -12 hrs a day, even with short breaks it's very difficult. Hey, if you don't want to wear a shield then don't but that's what works for others & me.
