No @SharkE the idea is for Herschend Corporation (Dollywood's Operating Partner) to not have a worker shortage.  Dollywood doesn't employ 11,000 people and her theme parks alone aren't the one giving out free tuition.

This generous new policy was announced some time ago..I love that it starts on the first day of employment and is even for part-time employees....and includes fees and books, etc along with tuition. She continues to be so generous and puts her millions to such good use helping others. I admire her desire to help so many.
