One time at a conference, some of our workers got REALLY drunk. A manager pooped behind a palm tree in the hotel lobby! We never went on another out of town conference again.
I mentioned this to a client who owned a Hyatt Hotel.
He said this happens a LOT. It is a certain type of perversion. People get a thrill from doing this in public places, especially hotels. He said it's something they train staff in how to handle.

Fortunately, she does not need that in a job.

I'm very sorry. I meant no offense.

The one pays well and hires a wide variety of people, Both stores seem to have a relatively happy work environment. There are help wanted signs at both stores in my area, too. That's more like it...with her experience, she'll have a great chance of being hired.
Thanks for all your well thought out suggestions.
The job actually is very close to home. My husband and I have been driving her since she didn't drive. She just got her driver's license last week.
She has been applying for other jobs. It is really hard to get any job these days. She cannot quit till she gets another job. We've all probably been through that.
Happy birthday.
Hyacinth
You must be so proud of her...fast food is TOUGH.
She's really showing a lot of character...you have mentioned the managers have been rough at times. You raised her not to give up...that's a great thing and will apply to anything she does in the future!

It is very difficult for people on the autism spectrum to get jobs mainly because of the competition of the interview processes due to their usual lack of or differing social skills.
There is no vaccine for Hepatitis C.
Oops! My bad.....I've never worked in the healthcare industry. He had to be vaccinated for some kind of illnesses. Anyway it was to protect from disease he could be exposed to cleaning up after people.

I know he had to have a TB test. Is there a TB vaccine?

I think the test was required and the vaccine was optional but he did get it. Whatever it was....it's been over a year ago now. I think he started this job shortly before Hyacinth's daughter started her job.
I heard Temple Grandin speak to a room full of Asperger adults and her advice was "if you have Asperger's and you have a job KEEP IT! It's part of your make up to want to quit (my son goes through this) but don't quit until you find something else. Make it your number 1 priority to hold onto that job whatever it is."
