You are so right about Constance's talent Wildflowers. She has created some stunning pieces and that is one of her best.

@Marp...From what I understand, the couple that have adopted Mr. T and Pinecone will be flying up from California to pick them up within the next couple of weeks...Mr. T and Pinecone still need to have exams and necessary vaccinations.
Shelly will be taking Tip & Pib to their "furever" home in California on Friday, the 20th....Flower, Bluebelle, Hiccup & Thumper are leaving this coming Monday, the 16th...not sure where their "furever" homes are?
This is what I gathered from going back in the timeline last night to check on latest update from Shelly and also from reading the "chatters", so I hope that I got everything correct.
Shelly also mentioned that she is now able to resume her feeding schedule at the colony and she was really happy about that...They are hoping to be able to trap Nova in the very near future.
Precious Cassidy is doing very well and they are now in contact with a very prominent specialist in NC who has offered to help with ongoing therapy and future decisions in doing all that they can in making Cassidy's quality of life the best that is possible!
Hope all is well with you, Marp....Missing everyone!

Mr. T and PC will have a FB page, so that everyone can keep up with their antics. "Mr. T and Piney - From the forest to the beach"
I'll miss those two goofballs, but I'm so happy they found a good home. I thought it quite appropriate that they ended up in CA, as I thought they would be the purrfect surfer dudes, LOL.

It’s with great sadness that we have to report that Eep and Owl have tonight gone back to Tiny Kittens HQ. Despite the fact we had two cats for 19 years, unfortunately the allergies these two fluffballs stirred up in our home were unsolvable.
Our hearts are broken, but we know that Eep & Owl will find a loving home within the Tiny Kittens family. We want to give the hugest, warmest thank you to Shelly for all her support and kindness. We had a good cry together tonight when we had to leave the kittens with her, and cannot think of a kinder, sweeter person, who does so much for feral cats (and people!) If there was any way to have kept these little girls with us, we would have done it. We love you Eep & Owl, we’ll miss you both forever. You’ll always be our West End Girls.

We've had a very special secret guest at Tinykittens HQ since Wednesday... everyone, meet Nova!
Nova is the feral mom of Rain, Sunny, Storm and Haze, who came in a few weeks ago. Rain, Sunny and Haze were caught at our feral cat feeding station by superstar volunteer Kim T, who spent many hours over several days trying to catch them. Storm was never caught, and has not been seen since. Tragically, like 75% of all kittens born in the wild, all three kittens were overrun with parasites and viruses by the time we got them, and all three passed away despite heroic efforts from Mountain View Veterinary Hospital.
Nova is the first pregnant cat we cataloged as part of our LAPS/TinyKittens Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) pilot, and we have been trying to trap her for the last nine months. Needless to say, after what happened with her most recent litter, we were more determined than ever to bring her in. I went out on Wednesday and was finally able to trap her!! Because of what happened, I wanted a few days to assess her situation before announcing we have her.
Nova has been pregnant at least three times since February, and because she is pregnant so much it is difficult to tell if she is already pregnant again or if she is just permanently stretched out from being pregnant so much. I am hopeful I was able to get her before she got pregnant again.
Like any feral cat, Nova is quite fearful in captivity, but she is also fairly calm. I have dewormed her as much as I can with meds that are safe in case she is pregnant. Because she is fairly calm, I am going to attempt to bring her to Mountain View on Tuesday to try to determine if she is pregnant. If not, she will be spayed and allowed to recover at TKHQ for as long as she will tolerate captivity.
If she is pregnant, she will remain at TKHQ until her babies are born and weaned, at which point she will be spayed and most likely returned to her friends and family in the colony. Deworming and proper nutrition will greatly improve her kittens' chances once they are born.
Nova will not be on a live cam for now because we have a very full house at TKHQ right now, and don't have enough computers/bandwidth/time to keep additional streams running.
