Etsy non delivery question....

I ordered a Disney necklace on Nov 5th and paid with Paypal. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I contacted the Seller and asked when it would be shipped. She gave me a tracking number on Nov 17th, but all it says when I plug it in is "Label created".

 

I just checked again this morning and it still says "Label Created" and ETSY has closed her shop.They told me to file a case with Paypal...

 

I filed a case with Paypal, but  I am wondering if Paypal will deny my claim because there IS a tracking number with stamps.com. How long can you have a "label created" with the USPS before it isn't good anymore?

 

I never had an issue before....

I guess all you can do is wait to hear from PayPal.

 

I'm sure they can follow the trail with Etsy and see that they closed the shop.

This happenned to me also, I got my $ back from PP.  File a claim
