My husband and I (two old geezers) want to visit Epcot in March. We were there 30 years ago when it was just getting underway and only a few of the countries were completed. Any suggestions on how to make our visit a good one? We only have two days available for the visit. Thanks for any ideas you might wish to share!

Sounds like you will be there a little too early for the Flower Festival. The new Frozen attraction in Norway might be open . .. taking place of the Maelstrom boat ride.

We were there a few years ago and yes it really has changed even in the last 10 years before that. Some of the posters have links to sites for you --- the poster ""Disneylandfan"" knows a lot about up to date info and is very nice and helpful.

Thanks! We will be there mid-March. Hoping Disneylandfan can chime in!

The World Showcase area, last time I visited anyhow, was closed until 11 AM, so that Future World was mandatory when the park opens.
Don't miss the California ride at the Horizons pavilion--it is a lot of fun.
The food at Epcot used to be more distinctive than it is nowadays, but the Norway bakery still has good open-face sandwiches and coffee. The shopping is also more Disney than global (for instance, Disney characters in national dress, Donald in a sombrero, etc. rather than foods and items from the foreign country), so shopping isn't the draw it used to be.
Epcot is still my favorite park, though the Animal Kingdom is wonderful, too. Epcot has the prettiest landscaping and flowers. Shopping is still good in the Mexico pavilion, which has changed very little over the years, and in Germany. France and Italy used to have more interesting souvenirs of the country. England has teas to be found in any supermarket, which I find puzzling.
You'll have a great time! Enjoy--

Thanks Burnsite! I guess I have to do some research on Future World.
Is it best to try to get tickets prior to arrival?
