I assumed the OP would read the directions. No one said to put it in the ears. Glad you spelled it out though. You never know how people read into these posts.
I just thought a topical treatment would be easier since you don't have to put it in their ears.
On dogs you apply it to their backs, I don't have cats but I assume it is the same.
