Snow is filling up the chick's space.  The egg is covered partially in snow.  Unhatched chick should be parially out by now.  I hope it did not freeze to death.

If the snow keeps up, it does not look good for the babies & the partially hatched one.

Papa Shadow is stealing food from Mama Jackie's mouth.  I don't blame him as he has been nest sitting all day while Mama has been on break.

I noticed that Jackie does NOT share food w/Shadow but he shares his food w/Jackie.

I'm sure when Shadow took nest duty he had a full tummy to hold him over. 

Mama needed a break, and I thought she'd grab some food and then bring food in her craw for the eaglets. 

When Shadow is off the nest he feeds himself and brings food back for Jackie.  He isn't being greedy ... they seem to have a system.

As Jackie was settleing in, one of her claws went right into the partially hatched egg hole.
