I get peacock here in las vegas and I can pull up  On Patrol LIVE season 2.  I don't know what season you are looking for. I did have to type into the search at top of page.

@ahoymate  ... Comcast/Xfinity is the WORST.   I had nothing but problems with them with my email...especially in my office.   They did't do much to help.   When I was finally able to switch to Verizon Fios I did so immediately.   Then all of a sudden Concast/Xfinity started calling me to ask what they could do to make me happy.

We got rid of cable two years ago and went with you tube tv. We have been very happy with it and saving about $60.00 a month. Can't beat that.

I dumped cable about 10 years ago because of the cost and lousy service. I went with DirecTV. But there are so many more options now with streaming. Check them out and figure out which one/s you like.

@Boehm Collector same here with Optimum.  All of a sudden falling all over themselves the day after the equipment was returned.

I dumped cable in October 2015 and only watched movies and read books for several years.  In 2020 my son slapped an antenna on my wall now I have about 20 channels.  That is all I need with my phone and youtube.  Free movies on youtube not the subscription.

We have wanted to cut cable for years.  If we drop cable, our internet cost goes thru the roof.  The only other option is AT&T and it's just as expensive.

I just went to Directv STREAM. It's almost like never cutting the old satellite service b/c they have a Directv Stream box with the remote to go with it so surfing is very user friendly. You don't have to keep searching for a program or a channel b/c they have a guide that goes with the remote which also has a microphone so you can search with voice command. I love it so far.

Directv STREAM is a streaming service for people who still want the cable experience w/o the high cost of cable. No contract and no hidden fees.

I got a $200 Visa reward card for signing up with Directv STREAM plus they gave me the Gemini box w/remote for free which is a $50 value. So far the service has been very good.

@beckyb1012 Have your son look into Tablo for you.  It's a device for over the air channels via an antenna and the internet.  It's $99 for the device and that's it, no fees attached other than the internet that you are already paying for.

Re: Dumping Cable

[ Edited ]

Trying to cut the cable cord, but so frustrated... We just got Roku and Hulu.

I don't understand why some shows I want are on the streaming list but when I try to watch, it says "currently unavailable"-   Why? What?   No offer to upgrade subscription-  Can any friends here with knowledge help me understand? Thanks so much!
I've seen this trying to get older seasons of Young Sheldon on Hulu, trying to get (old) Mystery Diagnosis on Amazon Prime-
