I had to work today so I missed the second half of the episodes about the girl that was claiming her step dad abused her. Did anyone see this episode? What happened? Did the dad admit to anything?

I caught a little of it. Near the end of the hour, the girl admitted she was a liar although she felt like it was rape. Dr. Phil is getting her help.

Robin didn't bring out her skin care line to solve the problem, did she?

LOL if there's a book to be published "my son, Jay" will publish it. The little snot was lying.

Jack Demarco, the FBI guy who does the lie detector test told PHil she was straight up lying thru her teeth. What Demarco says, goes. His word is law. Felt bad for the big, guy. Sure, he wasn't a saint, but, he didn't do what she said he did. All came down to she wanted her mother's love and felt he had come between mother and daughter and she thought she had found a way to get rid of him. Wonder how many people are sitting in the jail because of c*ap like this. She needed her ears boxed.

I've watched Dr. Phil from his very beginning, but now, I won't watch shows about child abuse, rape, pedophiles, abuse, etc., which are getting to be most of his shows. I decided at my age it's not healthy to constantly fill my mind with these cases which I can't do anything about. I'm sorry they happen, I'll pray for the victims. I'm not avoiding the reality of these things, I'm just so full of all of it from the news, newspapers and TV news programs. There is so much despicable things going on in our world, I choose not to use it's misery as a form of entertainment for myself each day.

He could use his show for better things, although I do understand that he is trying to help people and to educate the public as to what is going on in families all over America. His show comes on at 9:00 A.M. where I live. I can't afford to be emotionally exhausted at the start of my day grieving over each of these cases when I can't do anything to help,as these shows are often from the past. I wish he would sometimes lighten up.

ITA.

I am not usually at home when he is on in my area but sometimes I DVR it. I rarely watch him anymore. I actually watch a lot less news than I used to, as well, for the same reasons.

Don't be silly. You need the "Consult a random, unknown doctor" app by son Jay.
