Double Videos While Trying to Place an Order

I am having trouble ordering because a second video pops up unexpectedly -- then I have 2 videos showing and one is right where I need to hit the "add to cart". Is anyone else experiencing trouble with something like this??

boomer51, What sort of video do you see? I don't remember seeing a video as part of the QVC order process but it's been a few months since I placed an order here. Are you sure you don't have malware on your computer, causing some sort of unwanted pop-ups?

Without more details, perhaps try clicking on the tab with the word "Photos" (instead of "Videos") at the top of the image in the product listing before you try to add to the cart. Or, you might want to try a different browser and see if you can order without a problem. And be sure you have the most up-to-date versions of all software (and run regular scans to be sure your computer isn't infected with something malicious).
