Dog diagnosed with liver cancer

Our dog was recently diagnosed with liver cancer. He had a large liver mass removed about a year ago (Hepatocellular Carcinoma - HCC). He now has mulitple masses in his left and right liver lobes. Doctors suspect it is HCC again. I saw a post on here from a couple of years ago from someone (AriseNShine I think was the ID name) asking about NO-Cbl therapy for similar situation. I have been reading up on it and it looks promising. Just wanted to reach out to AriseNShine to see if they ended up using this therapy on their dog and if so, did it help? Regardless, has anyone heard of this or has experience using this therapy? Thanks!
