Absolutely fake! PayPal will always use your proper name. This has fake written all over it. I've checked my own PayPal receipts, and this is not legit. Please don't go any further with it.

No it's fake!  I have gotten them too.  Funy thing is, I used to have a Paypal account but closed it several years ago.  Instead I forwarded the emial to their fraud department.

I use PayPal often and never received anything like that. If you don’t use, PayPal, I’d go to the site & close the account & remove all your information. It might be an effort since you’d have to create a new password but worth the effort.

It’s absolutely fake. I get the same type of garbage and I don’t even have a PayPal account.

Log in to your PayPal account & find out, it's easy....good grief.

If you purchased something, the invoice comes from the seller.  This does not look real.  Go into your PP account and see if there are any charges.  You can go from there.

I've recently gotten two emails from Norton Antivirus Services thanking me for my orders which amounted to several hundred dollars each, through PayPal.  There has never been any attempt to charge my account.  I can't figure out what they hope to accomplish with this scam.

@Kachina624   I am guessing they want you to go to your PAYPAL account through the app or link they provided so they can capture your name and password.

I get these types of e-mails a lot.  My e-mail address turned 29 on January 18.  I have had it a long time.  It seems the whole world has it now as well.
