@Biftu wrote:Take a look at Logo mesh tops. The material is very cool to the touch, not hot at all and don't snag. Depending on your comfort zone you may want to wear a lightweight tank underneath. I don't find the one I have see through.
I was going to suggest these as well. I've got several mesh cardigans that I wear over tanks. I've been wearing some of them while teaching and they are cool enough for me to wear all day without getting too hot.

You might look at the Ladies Lands End Rash Guard Tees w/UPF 50 sun protection. They're super light and moisture wicking and you can even swim in them, but are so soft they're a pleasure to wear anytime. Sleeve is all the way to the wrist. Plus when I just checked they are 40% off today (but it seems like LE always has sales). Many patterns and colors too. ![]()

Columbia makes long sleeve fishing shirts in women's sizes; you can roll up the sleeves when you are not uncomfortable to do that. i have one I wear open over a tank if I don't want too much sun on my arms. A shrug would be a really great way to cover your arms without adding a lot of extra fabric when the temps really go up this summer. I have found many long sleeved tees and other tops on Belk.com. I just ordered three 3/4 sleeved ones today. They have some really nice ones in Ralph Lauren and Lily Pulitzer and some super affordable ones that are from their store brands, Crown and Ivy and Kim Rogers.
I hope you are under the care of a doctor who understands your skin condition and you have confidence in him or her.

I would protect my skin whether I had your skin condition or not.
Columbia has spf shirts that are flow-y and vented and come in dozens of colors. I own about a dozen and not a repeat of color.
Also, I would wear as much organic cotton or linen as possible and keep away from harsh chemicals in most detergents (Tide, etc. including their *clean or clear versions).
I would wear a non toxic sunscreen also. No matter what your skin condition is, you must be viligant about sun exposure.

Are all the dressings off? You mentioned that you still have pain so perhaps you could check with the doctor about how close fitting your sleeves should be or if you need to do two layers.
LL Bean has many cotton long sleeve shirts, woven and knit.

I have a lot of empathy for you! I don't have the condition you listed, but I have 2 chronic isses with my arms. I am so terribly self-conscious about them and they can be really painful and sensitive, as well. There is also not much that can be done about what I go through either! Summer is really hard because you want to be able to wear short sleeve tops --- there are so many gorgeous ones out there! But not only do my arms look terrible, but I just can't expose them! So, it's especially trying in the warm and hot weather!
I think you have gotten a lot of great answers here and I hope some of them help you! I have written a lot of these down and will check them out myself. I am constantly looking for long sleeve, light weight, soft tops to wear in the warm weather months.
I hope that your condition can be treated and you can eventually be healed from it. In the meantime, I wish you all the best!

I received a JESSICA LONDON catalog yesterday, they also have a few crochet tops and or lace jackets. Susan Graver also has some lace jackets that are long sleeve but cover your arms. I bought several from HSN's old brand Slinky. Let me see if I can find the exact item from Susan Graver. updates pending

CORRECTION - The Susan Graver Lace Jacket seems to be sold out but Issac has two one is marked down as is and the other is at the regular price. But check Jessica London they have many items that will work.
