I take zinc when I feel a cold coming on and continue to take it and the cold subsides quickly.

So far so good for me. I do have Zinc Cold Therapy and something called Cold Calm at home for myself just in case I start to feel bad.

He tried the Alkaseltzer cold and flu because I had it at home but it did nothing. I bought Aleve D because it was recommended at the drugstore. Apparently something was/is going around because there were a couple people ahead of me buying cold products and the clerk said they had been very busy for a few days with the sale of various cold remedies. She said everyone seems to have something.

He was pretty miserable flying but felt much better on Friday, thank goodness.
